With over 80 exercise stations, 2 studios housing over 65 classes per week and a relaxing pool, sauna, steam room and spa pool..... we have everything and more to help you exceed your goals in 2011. Your inductions, goal settings, health assessments and regular reviews are all included in your membership along with access to health and exercise professionals.
Membership packages start from just £1.20 per day..... that's less than a glass of wine, a pint of beer and even a cup of coffee! We currently have over 24 different packages to offer flexibility and a membership suited to you.
Did you know... Friends and family of Academy members can also enjoy the facilities for just £15 per day. You need to be accompanied by a member as The Academy is a private members club. Terms and conditions apply.
