About our classes

We have 3 class studios and a functional training zone providing over 90 classes per week. The Main Studio where you will find all of our high impact classes, the Gallery Studio that hosts many of our Yoga and Pilates classes, the Energy Studio which is a dedicated studio for Keiser Cycle and the OMNIA training zone for our small group functional training classes.

    A water-based aerobics workout that features woggles and aqua mitts.

    A low impact strength and conditioning exercise class.

  • Bootcamp

    Mixing traditional aerobic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training, Bootcamp is designed to resemble a military boot camp.

  • Boxercise

    A high-intensity exercise class that utilises partner pad work.

  • Circuit Training

    Circuit training is a fast paced class that comprises of different exercises completed one after the other to work your entire body.

  • Keiser Cycle

    Keiser Cycle continues to be one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry. Enlivened by athletic racing, interval training and visualisation.

  • Kettlercise®

    Kettlercise is the single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean, toned body.

  • Metafit™

    Metafit™ is the original 30-minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight-only HIIT workout. Metafit™ can be used as a group studio class, Bootcamp or a one-to-one training session. It’s tough, that’s why it gets results!

  • Omnia

    A full body workout that utilises the functional equipment in the gym.

  • Pilates

    This class focuses on slow, controlled methods to tone the body, targeting the deep postural muscles, strengthening from within to improve posture and general wellbeing.

  • Hatha Yoga

    A form of Yoga that combines static poses with dynamic sequences, to achieve relaxation and a harmonious state of being.

  • Satyananda Yoga

    Satyananda Yoga uses postures to balance the body, breathing practises and meditation to calm and focus the mind.

  • Zumba

    The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

  • Zumba Gold®

    Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant.
