The Academy Small Group
Metabolic Workouts
Our small Group Metabolic Workouts are designed to enable groups of friends to organise and participate in their own mini class/ personal training session. Unlike our scheduled classes, these sessions can be organised with a trainer for any time that suits all parties and last for 45 minutes. The activities can include TRX, ViPR, kettlebells, boxing, indoor cycling or simply just a team session in the gym. Small Group Training costs £12.50 per session per person (minimum of 2 people required).

TRX
TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you work out and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty by altering body position, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals. Suspension Training bodyweight exercises enable you to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX allows the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints at the same time.
VIPR
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength. It's the ultimate functional, whole-body training tool, combining the programming of a traditional resistance workout together with the physical agility needed for optimal sports or fitness performance. ViPR uses the four pillars of human movement: gravity-into-ground loading, stretch-to-shorten, multi-directional movement, all whilst using the entire body for movement.
