Fitness Programming

We provide a very thorough induction process for our new members to ensure all the equipment is used safely and effectively. Ongoing support is always available for our existing members, we recommend programme reviews and reassessments every 6-8 weeks with instructors on hand at all times to help and give advice as necessary.

Our fitness programming process usually takes the following format:

Induction

An initial appointment for all members which includes a full current and previous health screening, goal setting and introduction to the Technogym Wellness System.

Body Stat

A detailed body composition analysis that can be used to determine idealistic fitness objectives, review performance and provide an overview of a member's diet and lifestyle habits. Calculations from the results can also be made to determine individual daily caloric recommendations.

Goal Setting

The formulation of an individual programme(s) to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Programme Show Round

A practical demonstration of the activities proposed.

Programme Review

Reassessing your goals, analysing how the programme has worked for you and amending the programme accordingly. Another programme show round can be organised if required.

Any of the above sections can be revisited or repeated at any time and by any member depending on the needs of the individual. All of the above is included within our membership packages.
